之前 我出國研修了兩個月
因為在德國不方便上健身房(簽約一簽要一年)
學校也沒健身房 就荒廢了原本135上健身房246跑步的習慣
只剩下每天四公里 走路背著五公斤重的背包到實驗室
沒想到卡了很久的體重 就這樣 又掉了2KG 體脂肪掉了2%
話說 我在德國為了省錢 可以說是常常早晚只吃德式麵包抹果醬
中午吃便宜的學生餐廳 而且都吃到撐
除了作息實在很正常以外 (九點上工 下午四點下班 晚上12點上床)
真想不透 為什麼還出乎意料的變輕了
