早餐:在睡覺
午餐:蒟蒻+海帶+青菜+2塊火鍋料...
自己煮的.湯不會喝.搭配纖吃纖盈
晚餐:便當..排骨OR雞腿..等等都會吃完
其他:一天牛奶OR豆漿500CC
每周3~4天方盒飲料隨機.便利商店常見的方盒飲料
下班8點會吃水果.香蕉等等
一周1~3次偷吃10元餅乾OR巧克力[忍不住]
日常作息時間: 晚上2點半睡到~上午10點半
因為上中午到晚上的班
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:每周游泳游泳一定3天蛙式一定持續1~1.5小時
自由式尚在練習中不會游有報名課程.
遇生理期取消
每周1~3天操場快走1~1.5小時
遇下雨則取消
問題陳述:已經持續這樣子超過1個月了
才瘦0.5~1公斤....有點灰心
最近想多買一台手足健身車
