自己打的果汁喝多少才不會太超過? - 美體

因為我老母之前在某百貨公司看到貴夫人的果菜汁
結果就興高采烈的買回家! 她打過果汁的次數10根手指頭數的出來"
所以最近我都會買一些水果回家打來喝
不過通常我都是一個人喝的
大概都是蘋果半顆+鳳梨3~4小塊+奇異果一顆+100CC水
個人覺得滿好喝的~ 不過因為覺得喝起來滿甜的
不知道說這樣喝熱量會不會太高?!(對一個想減肥的人來說)
因為自己真的體重有點超過標準..... 擔心這樣喝下去更是無法減肥
所以想請教一下其他人的看法or意見!
