年齡:19
身高:155
體重:50
BMI:22.2(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:28(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:因為很晚起來所以都跟中餐一起吃
午餐:乾麵一碗或滷肉飯+一樣小菜和燙青菜(只加鹽)+一碗青菜湯(湯喝一兩口)-11點
晚餐:因為吃家裡所以都吃菜和喝湯+水果(芭樂或鳳梨)-6點
因為中餐都差不多11點吃 所以下午會肚子餓就吃水果(芭樂或鳳梨)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
都一兩點睡 但都沒吃消夜
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢慢跑一小時或50分鐘(大概5km)+10分鐘收操
目前是一星期都有跑以後應該也是除非下雨或有事
心跳沒量過
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我想問我已經慢跑一個星期了 但體重好像都沒什麼變
想問說這樣是正常嗎? 因為有些人不是可以一星期就瘦2kg嗎?
還有我的熱量這樣會太多嗎?不是說至少要大於基礎代謝嗎?
請問要怎麼知道有沒有大於基礎代謝?那請問我這樣有嗎?
然後我的運動量這樣夠嗎?
