減肥不瘦胸 從42E到36E - 減肥

這兩年
靠著運動及節制飲食
慢慢瘦了10幾公斤
身體瘦了 但罩杯不變
原來42E(真的超胖)
現在36E(還是很胖>< 但覺得有進步 這樣就好)
分享一下自己維持胸部的方法囉
可能多有錯誤或偏差
還請大家指教
畢竟只是自我實驗的白老鼠一枚 哈哈XD
在瘦身過程中
由於不想瘦到胸部
就上網google了一些維持住胸部大小的方法
關於飲食部分
大部份都提到多吃豆製品(豆腐、豆漿、黃豆粉)及海鮮等等
豆腐跟海鮮 本來就是減肥的好朋友
所以這兩樣 平常也常吃
所以著手改變的 就是早餐的飲料都改點豆漿
另外 自以為蛋白質應該也能幫助維持胸部
所以早餐也改成常常吃蛋餅
餓了就吃肉(紅肉 白肉 都有)、蔬菜、海鮮、茶葉蛋、豆漿、牛奶
澱粉也會吃 但不會吃太多
因為不吃會營養失衡 也減得不會太快樂
值得留意的是
豆類攝取過多 對女性其實是有風險的
好像容易得到婦科疾病之類吧 ( 就我蒐集的資訊 )
所以後來豆類就不過多攝取
然後茶葉蛋、滷蛋、蛋餅、蛋花湯吃了好多 哈哈
有時候一天統計下來 好像吃了三、四顆蛋
關於蛋類
我自己查到的資訊是
雖然膽固醇高
但是屬於健康的膽固醇
跟回鍋油那種不同
所以比較放心亂吃
好啦 我知道一定會被鞭
麻煩鞭小力一點
以上都是個人的實驗心得
不一定正確 也不適合每個人
只是在減肥的過程中 也從本版獲得了不少資訊
所以投桃報李 來回饋一下囉
