小魯我兩年內從55飆到75,身高始終166,最近想健康兼減肥,但我不是太care體重,主
要是想要體態好點飲食也有在控制卡路里跟不吃炸物…等等,最近開始跑步,但是我都只
能跑大概200公尺就休息走一圈200公尺然後再繼續跑,把走路里程不列入計算,跑了2公
里,花了一小時,其中跑步真正時間只有20分鐘。請問各位大大這樣可以嗎?爬了文大家好
30分鐘,覺得慚愧…但是我以前學校測800是要跑15分鐘的人……
如果可以的話也想把跑步公里數慢慢加強
