減肥停滯,想跟各位請教 - 健身

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,你油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:7-11雙蛋三明治+無糖豆漿+美式咖啡
午餐:公司安排的便當的但不吃飯
晚餐:7-11生菜沙拉(凱撒醬)+無糖麥茶+外面攤販麵食類(餛飩麵之類的)
其他:每日飲水都2000cc以上,偶爾晚上小酌啤酒660ml
日常作息時間:早上八點起床,晚上12:30左右就寢
生活型態:工程師,偶爾需要些微勞動
健康狀況:正常
運動習慣:健身房實在太遠,所以都在家做些運動
每日:tabata八分鐘 兩組(YouTube上的視頻動作)
每日:核心摧毀者四分鐘 兩組(YouTube 的視頻動作)
每日:伏地挺身15下
每日:單槓五下
我的問題:開始計劃減肥的時候有量了體重是83kg.但經過兩禮拜後在量測一樣還是83kg
想請問是因為時間不夠長導致數據不變嗎?
還是我的運動跟飲食那邊要加強
