最近在實施減肥計劃
我在想
若三餐都正常吃
而肚子餓的時候只吃水果
這真的能達到減肥效果嗎?
水果不是都含有高糖份
這能瘦嗎= =
再來
有人跟我說過
止嘴饞可以吃蘇打餅乾
(不管有沒有加蔬菜的)
也都可以減肥?
這我也都半信半疑
餅乾不是澱粉類嗎?多吃不會有影響嗎?
還有我每天只喝水
人家說水喝多會水腫
那體重也會跟著上升嗎?
這些是我對減肥的小迷思...
