終於加入鄭多燕的世界
爬一下文好像沒人問過這個問題
因為家裡的場地都是狹長型
好像只有爸媽的雙人床夠寬夠長可以跳 視線也剛好跟電視平行
可是會不會因為床比較軟(一定比地板軟嘛) 造成出力的點不對呢??
做了幾次 好像除了腹部、大腿肌肉會痠 脖子也會痠 這是正常的嗎??
(但沒有像剛做運動時連續好幾天痠痛 是怕傷頸椎)
