請問一下
因為我以前是個胖子瘦下來的
近幾個月開始認真重訓 想練出腹肌
但是發現肚子的皮超厚的
就是身體往下的時候會整個很塌那種
平常也可以把肚子的皮戳起來用成任何形狀那種
雖然站直摸肚子 摸得出來腹肌有一塊一塊的
但是看起來只有一點點線條 不太明顯
問題來了:
請問一直做有氧可以把肚子外面那一層厚厚的皮消掉嗎?
還是只能再加強練腹肌的強度 讓腹肌更大塊一點呢
PS:小弟平常有慢跑的習慣 大概兩天跑一次 一次10k
