減肥成功以後,如何繼續維持? - 減肥

性別: 女
年齡:33
身高:163cm
體重:53.5kg
BMI: 20
體脂率: (生理期前) 18.5%
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:全麥土司一片 起司一片 生菜/番茄一片 白煮蛋一顆 無糖綠茶
午餐:1/2碗飯或等量的澱粉 其他青菜肉類酌量攝取 吃到感覺8分飽
晚餐:同午餐
其他: 自己有粗略估計 每天吃約基代+200-300卡 (偶而週末吃大餐 隔天就會少吃一點)
日常作息時間: 約11點睡 7-8點起床
生活型態: 在家工作的SOHO族 大部分時間是使用電腦
同時也是一個有著一歲多寶寶的全職媽媽
所以沒在工作的時候就是追著他跑
運動習慣: 每天做30分鐘的循環運動 心跳數約120 目前已維持4個月
我的問題:
去年年底有上來詢問關於減肥 4個月後的現在 終於成功減重約7kg 體脂也降了5%
這是我人生第三次減肥 上兩次都在減肥成功以後2-3三年慢慢又復胖回來
我自己知道 其實就是因為太貪吃 (囧) 加上缺乏運動
這次減得也辛苦 真的希望是人生最後一次減肥 能好好維持不再復胖
我的問題是:
1. 可能因為一邊工作一邊帶小孩 常常都覺得又餓又累
老實說 吃到基代+200-300還是常覺得不太滿足 @@
所以想請問一下 如果只是想要維持體重不要復胖 我一天可以吃到多少呢?
2. 另外是運動的問題 目前是每天都抽出30分鐘運動
但對於時間上的安排其實負擔蠻大的
尤其是週末 都會帶小孩出去玩 常常都要等到晚上很晚才有時間運動
但其實那時候真的是很累很懶了
所以想請問一下 如果只是想要維持體重不要復胖
可以改成一週運動五天就好嗎? (每次還是約30分鐘的循環運動)
3. 我想我希望的就是 能有方法可以在吃方面不要太苛求自己
在運動上又可以偶而喘口氣 不要變成壓力
因為我想這樣一來才能長久地維持 而不會有一天突然大暴走 ><
還有什麼沒有考慮到的 也請版友一併賜教
