減肥新手與運動瘦子的想法不同 - 減肥

大家好
本人現今20歲,但在這20年間我運動量=0
所以已經到達125公斤了
目前是學生,這學期因為某些因素開始想要減肥
也漸漸的接觸這個版,了解了很多東西(胖子要慢慢運動、怎麼吃比較健康阿...)
也了解到飲食控制+有氧運動+重訓是最好的減肥方法
但有鑒於本人之前的失敗經驗(代餐吃不下拉!!!),我想要從飲食控制+有氧運動做起
也害怕零肌力的我,去重訓會撐不住(第一周跑慢到不行,收操完隔天腿還是超酸)
經過兩個月,我瘦了5公斤(沒錯~ 感謝大大們的知識傳授!!)
就當我想要繼續這樣維持下去的時候
那群瘦子朋友開始不斷批評我的減肥方式
要我不斷加速、要我要在短時間內爆瘦、要我開始去重訓
但他們很常用自己之前就有運動的經驗來分享,也要我去效仿
但我很喜歡我現在的方式,而且是有效果的,我想要繼續維持下去
我不知道要怎麼去回應,也不清楚怎麼去面對
想請問各位大大的想法,覺得我應該要效仿他們的方式?
還是就按照我原來的方式慢慢來就好?
