體重:76 (可是不知道為什麼,我朋友都說我看起來大概就60幾耶)
BMI: 27 !
體脂率:26 or 27
三餐內容
早餐:三明治+豆漿
午餐:青菜三樣 不吃澱粉
晚餐:青菜 不吃澱粉
其他:
每天都會一瓶每朝,不吃宵夜。
日常作息時間:早上大約9點起床,晚上12點左右睡覺。
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
以下的運動已經實行一個禮拜了
1.每天慢跑半小時 (越跑越多圈真的很有成就感耶)
2.每天仰臥起坐60下。
3.做一天休一天的學電腦人(真的很要命,脖子超酸)
4.每天騎腳踏車一小時(時速我不會算,不過大概都有20km左右吧)
5.肉雞鍛鍊臂力伏地挺身10下...(要命+1)
問題來了!!
經過爬文後,我現在的首要目的就是減脂。
所以有氧運動是很重要的,希望我這樣的運動安排是ok的。
可是,為什麼我剛剛量體重時並沒有發現任何改變啊 (打擊)
是我太心急了嗎?
想請教板上的大家,我有什麼需要加強的嗎?
