三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:電鍋蒸三顆蛋(吃一顆全蛋+兩顆蛋白)、電鍋蒸紅蘿蔔、敏豆、大黃瓜
和大頭菜的切丁,使用薄鹽醬油或烏醋一瓶蓋來調味
裝起來是大約一個碗公的三分之二
午餐:烤秋刀魚一條或蒸鱈魚一片,前者用鹽與橄欖油調味(都一點點),
後者就加薄鹽醬油,不然就是煮一鍋味僧豆腐+鯛魚的湯
炒一盤葉菜類(例如菠菜、青江菜、A菜之類的),使用調和油一點點
炒一盤木耳、甜椒、豌豆苗、香菇或蘑菇,油一樣
蒸晚餐用的蔬菜的水直接當成湯喝掉
以上的調味都用洋蔥或蒜來爆香然後加一個兩小匙的鹽
晚餐:烤雞里肌肉(使用羅勒、巴西里或檸檬之類的調味)
水煮蘆筍、青花菜、紅蘿蔔、大黃瓜、毛豆然後再加點玉米粒(綠巨人)
以上都用西式香料撒一些來調味,整個用約14公分直徑的便當盒裝起來八分滿
其他:餐與餐之間會吃蘋果、芭樂、桃子或蓮霧之類的當點心,一天三個水果
日常作息時間:23:00~24:00就寢,09:00起床
生活型態:上班時間下午三點到晚上十點半左右
運動習慣:
1.起床後會舉啞鈴大約60下,會有點喘,心跳可能100出頭
2.週一到週五的中午快一點左右游泳,45分鐘游1200公尺自由式,每200公尺休息20秒
整個感覺就是一點點喘而已,心跳沒測定可能也是120附近吧
我的問題:
1.算一算應該胖了三年以上
2.很久以前用節食的方式,不過很難撐下去就復胖回來
3.這次家母找了個所謂的專家來教我,所以有上列的內容
4.除了所謂專家的想法之外,想參考這邊的意見
以上內容大約在2/15開始實施到現在,原本有吃一陣子的桂格燕麥片(無糖)或全麥土司
當早餐,有時候也會換成小片的馬鈴薯,結果兩週後也就是三月初就被"專家"禁止了
所以有兩週左右已經沒碰過白飯、麵、土司、馬鈴薯等等澱粉類食物
但是爬文看這邊的資料就擔心會有問題,另外就是主要內臟脂肪應該算太高,想了解我
目前的做法長期是否有效可以健康的減下來,而菜單和運動有無需要調整的地方
