減肥過程的疑問 - 減肥

剛開始看到此版
然後開始養成運動習慣
早餐大部分是饅頭+豆漿
中午吃光光一個便當(菜很少而且用炒的+一個炸肉)
晚上嗑一個大芭樂
然後每天早上幾乎都會排便...(一點點我也很開心)
結果腰有變細 腿沒有什麼變
現在兩三天運動一次
早餐中餐不變
晚上就自助式便當(肉類通常選咖哩)
偶而會吃水果 梨子/蘋果/芭樂
總覺得排便不順暢
早上剛醒時會覺得肚子很痛 可是就是大不出來欸
而且覺得腿跟腰比之前粗...
正常嗎?
請問一下 對外食者來說 蔬菜可以靠什麼補充?? 水果(芭樂)可以代替嗎?
因為自助便當裏菜都炒得很油
唉~好困擾 拜託大家囉..
