減脂?增脂?人生的十字路口 - 健身

其實以前也不算胖
就一般不愛運動的女生身材
當時是162cm/52kg/體脂27%
三年前的某一天突然被雷打到開始運動
現在一週會上2~3堂TRX或壺鈴團課
課後會去慢跑半小時跑步機
然後一年前以悠閒的腳步開始調整飲食
就是晚上不吃澱粉 少吃零食這樣
沒有把自己逼得太緊 就只求有進步就好
現在狀態來到162cm/51kg/23%
感覺應該要很美好前途光明
但是最近赫然發現身材比以前還不好看
主要是整體看起來變大隻了
我想是手臂有了肌肉 體脂降得又不夠低
所以看起來手臂比以前更粗
然後因為體脂降了的關係 胸部也比以前小 (掩面哭)
於是我現在處於人生的十字路口
繼續減脂會瘦胸部
加強訓練又怕手臂持續茁壯
難道現在要減肌增脂嗎QQ
請問板上的高手們
會建議我怎麼做呢?感謝大家~
