減脂可以避免減到肌肉嗎? - 健身

先說我一直有在運動的習慣,身高約188
三個月前我體重81.7 體脂肪率13.7% (inbody測量)
現在 78.1 10.8%
我的主要運動是在籃球隊練球,除此之外就是跑步(五K up or 間歇式衝刺)
還有幾乎每天在家練核心和伏地挺身
雖然身材維持得還不錯,但我想說再把體脂肪降下來
體能狀況會不會更好
所以這三個月來我每周跑健身房三次,每次大約一個半到兩個小時
以蹲舉和臥推為主幹,再配合啞鈴和器材做其他部位
為的就是增加肌肉量,和提高基礎代謝率
另外就是控制飲食,方法就依照版上的主流意見進行
在最近一次的測量前,因為我們球隊有個大盃賽要進行
體能在近期還有在"特別"加強,也是無氧運動為主
最後測量的結果(還是inbody)
我減的3.6公斤體重中有3.3公斤的脂肪
但是我的骨骼肌卻略少了200g,(很奇怪我的四肢和軀幹肌肉卻又明顯增加= =)
還有我的代謝率竟然也降低了......
我在想是不是我重訓完補充的營養不夠,才會有這樣的結果
我朋友說我雖然更結實了,但好像又縮水了一點
不像有人練完有膨脹的感覺
