性別:男
年齡:25
身高:167
體重:97
BMI:35.2(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:40(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
(女性請註明體脂率量測之際為生理期前、正值生理期、或生理期後)

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:約40g燕麥(桂格)+一匙高蛋白+250g無糖豆漿+250gCostco牛奶
偶爾燕麥改香蕉
午餐:公司自助餐,飯一碗,雞肉夾約200 g 上下,青菜就夾3樣以上每樣約拳頭大小,甜湯一碗
大概一周一次有炸的那種春捲,會夾一根
晚餐:重訓前一根香蕉,
重訓後costco即食雞胸肉兩塊+高蛋白一匙+花椰菜+三顆蛋,其中兩顆去蛋黃
用電鍋蒸,偶爾會去滷味攤買青菜,但啥醬都沒加,地瓜也偶爾吃,大概量就是全家30塊左右
其他:1-2周假日有一天會放縱吃火鍋之類的,但該天飲食會調整 如早上不吃,晚上雞胸肉減一塊
之
會吃無鹽腰果類,每次大概吃一把,(約25 g)一天最多兩次
日常作息時間:晚上12or1點睡,大概8:30起床,假日9:30醒
生活型態:上班族

運動習慣:之前大概大四碩一的時候開始重訓,不過碩二一年加之後的一年約兩年時間沒
有規律重訓(一週一次就很多了)
目前一周運動五天,重訓四天
禮拜一 胸
禮拜二 背
禮拜三 腿
禮拜四 打球
禮拜五 手跟肩
重訓約1-1.5 hr, 每個6-7個動作,每個動作五組
前面動作以自由槓為主,最後一組都做到3 or 5 RM,後面輔助肌群訓練,向上遞增,10-1
5下
重完不會有氧
練完胸跟背約要過三-四天才不會有酸痛感,腿大約一週
我的問題:我這樣運動約兩個月,結果幾天前量inbody體重 體脂沒有太大變化,體重少
了約0.7kg,想問一下我該怎麼調整,是該增加強度,還是再等一段時間再看成果?心態有
點小崩阿
