減脂增肌問題 - 健身

先附上兩張 ioi353 的數據
這中間落差兩個月 這期間還是維持原本的重訓習慣 無有氧運動
而且重訓強度重量都有提升
結果是有減脂(-1.2kg),但肌肉量也下降了(-1.8kg)
想請問的是我的飲食控制不良嗎?
目前菜單如下
早:一顆肉包 + 一匙乳清BSN-SYN6
中:吃公司 一碗白飯 + 主菜(有啥肉就吃啥) 不吃其他配菜 怕太油
下午:1-2根香蕉
晚:水煮雞胸肉約 150-200g + 一顆馬鈴薯 + 各種青菜
晚上通常還會喝完一匙的乳清BSN-SYN6
請問一下是蛋白質攝取不夠還是澱粉攝取不夠
可以順便評估下熱量這樣是太少或太多嗎?
還是還有其他可能性? 煩請各位幫解答了~謝謝
希望至少可以達到減脂不降肌阿~~~~~~
