減脂晚餐準備 - 健身

先生最近想減脂及減重,(180公分/接近90公斤)
由於內臟脂肪過高,
除了健康飲食外,也希望晚餐能早點吃完
提升睡眠品質,
因此勢必晚餐要在公司內解決,
之前我是準備饅頭或麵包+水煮蛋,
不過這樣澱粉含量太高,青菜纖維量太少@@
不知道版友有沒有推薦的冷便當系列呢
(先生非常挑嘴,不喜歡每天吃一樣)
目前是想說可能用地瓜(早上蒸好帶去)+水煮蛋
或改用五穀雜糧饅頭/麵包
或用芝麻飲搭配燕麥等(先生可能無法接受)
但澱粉還是太多

早餐:饅頭/波羅麵包一顆+少糖豆漿或奶茶
中間點心:水果盒一盒
