減脂期 大概都會在4個月
那這段期間 先吃高於基代 100 平常在做點家事一星期 兩天3K慢跑算消耗300
大概 7700/200 ---------> 35天 減一KG 4個月內 大概減 3-4KG
減脂期後
吃高於基代200再增加重訓和有氧 大概消耗400
7700/200--------------35天 減一KG 4個月內 大概減 3-4KG
這樣總共可以減6-8KG
有人說 減脂期 超過四個月 效果會不好
那減脂期 四個月後 要怎麼吃怎麼動??
我這樣的安排是可行的嗎?
