減脂期力量是不是很難增加? - 健身

小弟從今年3月開始以5*5強舉課表進行減脂,至今效果顯著,不過最近發現,在力量上很
難再提升(已經改跑分期話課表一陣子,我知道強舉到一定程度會沒效)。請問是因為在減
脂期間,肌肉量無法增加,所以重量才卡關嗎?尤其是overhead press鑽研很多技巧才增
加一點重量,有點灰心。謝過各位巨巨了
