減脂疑問 - 健身

上次公司健檢驗出輕度脂肪肝,我上網查是內臟脂肪過多才會造成脂肪肝,可是我一週練4.5天,飲食方面雖然不是吃的很乾淨,但也沒有再亂吃,沒亂吃指的是少油少炸少糖,脂肪肝是因為長期肥胖的關係才會到現在才有吧,之後我再去看醫生
請問減脂可以減脂肪就好不減體重嗎?目前179/82,我自認目前是我理想體重,雖然有肚子,但應該都是脂肪,四肢看起來不算肥,當然還是有少部份贅肉
減脂我上次是用有氧的方式去燃燒脂肪,每週跑3.4次10公里那種,吃的沒什麼變,體重也是直直落,有沒有那種減脂但又幾乎或是少掉體重的減脂方式?除了抽脂手術外的方式
