減脂的問題 - 健身

不好意思各位大大
去年開始健身 不過是沒很認真在練
大概就是每天健身房拉拉背 舉舉啞鈴這樣
三餐也都沒有再算熱量
但過了一年發現體態都沒該改變
打算現在開始認真去練
6月初的時候 體重82kg 身高171
用網路上的計算公式
算出我每天的tdee是3000
我要減脂所以減300
於是我每
天都吃2700卡
蛋白質 脂肪 碳水 是 40 40 20 這樣吃
然後照著葛格 6天一循環的課表練
不過今天量體重 是 85 kg
當下真的是很灰心
請問各位巨巨 可以給我一下意見嗎
還有請問myfitnesspal 營養素表的糖類 到底是啥 都吃不到他要的素質
