減輕練後疲倦感的方法
如題,小弟我現在都是挑工作前早起上健身房鍛鍊。
優點就是完全沒有人跟我搶,練習節奏也可以變快。
我大約練一個主肌群,30組 6個動作。然後再練一個輔助肌群20組 4個動作 大約一小時15分
但是問題來了,訓練完之後。上班真的是慘兮兮...
雖然我不是做粗活的(寫程式)。但是也發現到自己的專注力變得有點差。
我有試過咖啡因了,感覺沒什麼效果。還會導致心悸XD
所以想請問一下,有哪些補品或是有什麼樣的方式可以減輕練後的疲倦感

再補充一點,早上練還有好處,不會影響晚上睡眠品質
