減醣控制但蛋白質攝取偏高怎麼調配 - 健身

大家好~
我想請問低醣飲食的三大營養素應該怎麼分配比較恰當
先附上月初量測的inbody

我是體脂破30的泡芙人
目前飲食控制都執行168斷食
一周居家訓練5~6次,每次35~50分鐘
每日吃到1200-1300大卡左右,用運動來維持赤字
目前設定的營養素分配是
碳水35%=105克
蛋白質25%=75克
脂肪40%=54克
但實際上我每天吃的營養素分配
碳水35%=105克
蛋白質都偏高到30%=90克左右
脂肪35%=50g
我想請問如果我要再降碳水到20%(真實減醣飲食)
且蛋白質不要攝取太多
只需要體重1.2倍約65克
那我脂肪可以用什麼食物來增加
或是不管蛋白質攝取可能過量的問題
