之前開始吃減醣餐
雖然每天覺得準備蔬菜跟食材很麻煩
但為了塞下夏天的衣服還是努力先試試看
不過吃了一陣子
覺得瘦身的速度蠻慢的
不知道是不是吃錯
所以上來問問看我這樣的方向對不對
Btw有人可以分享更簡單的方法嗎
不然我租在外面
真的覺得如果之後很忙沒辦法持續做
很怕前功盡棄阿...
早餐:地瓜+火龍果優格
