嗨版友大家好,今天想分享女生在意的屁股大腿瘦不下來這件事。
請版友別砲我,我只是單純來分享。
我自己本身已經運動好幾年,飲食控制也好一段時間,但還是下半身跟上半身不成比例。
當然也是爬文,知道沒有局部瘦身,要持之以恆之類的。
然後我開始注重姿勢,拉筋這件事。
我先說,滿有成效的,但我害羞就不po圖了。
以下是我開始做的事情
1.我是久坐上班族,做辦公椅,但是我坐姿不對,我不高158,為了桌子高度我椅子也調高,所以坐著時腳踩不到地,這樣的坐姿是有問題的,所以google查詢正確坐姿。
然後我調了坐姿,買了腳凳放我的腳。
2.我長期有翹二郎腿習慣,這個改掉了。
3.盤腿也不行,要改。
4.我大概一個禮拜會運動個5天,飛輪/跑步/重訓
交錯,大概1個小時,最近我開始多加20-30分鐘來拉筋(下半身),做正骨盆運動(youtube 很多影片),而且我一個動作至少會停3分鐘左右;有效,腿型,屁股有感
大概是這樣,實行快3週左右了,目視很有感,穿牛仔褲鬆了。
有下半身困擾的版友可以試試,祝大家都有好看的體態,謝謝。
