減重2個月遇到的第一次瓶頸 - 減肥

三餐內容:我的飲食計畫很極端,一天只吃一餐,而且不是大吃特吃的一餐,
基本上是一份蛋白質(原型雞、牛、魚烹調前100公克~120公克)
一份蔬菜(烹調前約半把空心菜、1/4顆高麗菜、1/4白菜)
一份澱粉(燕麥片30公克)或不吃澱粉
無糖咖啡、奶茶或豆漿
烹調不完全是水煮,也會煎烤蒸,但不油炸
早餐:如上述的各種組合
午餐:不吃
晚餐:不吃
其他:早餐過後只喝水,一天約2000~2500cc
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
上床時間落在22:00~23:00,起床時間7:00~8:00
起床後只有簡單的家事輕勞動1小時~1.5小時,接著就坐下準備考試
坐著的時間比較長,準備考試的時間,連續4~5小時都坐著
傍晚讀書結束後運動1小時(跑步機慢跑30分鐘,快走30分鐘)
晚上準備隔天早餐,打開電視看球賽(也是坐著)
時間到就洗澡準備睡覺,每天的作息很固定

腦血管問題追蹤4年了,基本上醫生都說沒關係,嚴重且頻繁暈眩才要小心:D
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
大學時每天運動2~3小時,打球、跑步等,所以以前體態一直不錯,
以前運動的紅利讓我用到畢業後開始工作的前兩年,但工作後幾乎完全沒運動,
吃得又越來越好,直到最近開始人生中第一次減肥,才開始運動
每天運動一小時
30分鐘跑步機慢跑(心跳約120~130)
30分鐘跑步機快走(心跳約90~110)
我的問題:
我的減肥計畫很簡單粗暴,就是吃得少,而且不吃精緻食物。
自己是能自制的人,決定不吃就是不吃,過程中也只有第1~3天有痛苦無力感,
第一個星期過後就習慣了。
到現在整個早上進食過後到下午甚至不會覺得餓,只有晚上睡前肚子才會非常輕微
的咕嚕兩聲(但也不是非常餓的感覺)
4/24開始到6/14每天量體重都有明顯的變化,至少200~300公克的慢慢往下掉
但從6/15開始體重一直維持在63.2~63公斤
天啊整個人都不好了
飲食的部分還是一樣沒有鬆懈,運動的部分也都有維持每天做
像這樣一個星期體重幾乎持平不動,是正常的嗎?所謂的撞牆期?
還是說需要更強的運動強度來消耗熱量....
想不通的是我每天吃進去的就那麼多,怎麼突然就停滯了呢?
是我太緊張了,還是說有哪些部份是我可以加以調整的呢?
請求版上前輩給我一點意見了。
第一次發文,有不對的地方請指教。
ps:目標體重是56公斤,這樣BMI大約20(大學時體重就是56公斤)
另外,我是喜歡運動的,也希望可以有點肌肉線條,體重達標之後,
會進一步開始計畫運動訓練,(希望到時候考試過了可以重新開始規劃運動時間)
