運動超過一年,每天堅持ㄧ個小時有氧,ㄧ個小時重訓,少外食。
差不多ㄧ個月減ㄧ公斤,瘦約12公斤了,86kg到74kg,體態目前滿意,腹肌型態慢慢有出來,身體感覺年輕許多,肚子皮穿衣服沒影響,但是臉和脖子少了脂肪,皮就有點皺,家人也覺得有顯老,各位減重成功的朋友們也會這樣嗎?
