減重的小問題 - 健身

有個小問題想請教各位版友,
版娘置底的文章也讀過數遍,但還是有些小困惑。
我大概從五月底開始進行慢跑,一開始是用快走,
現在可以一口氣跑三千到四千,運動的頻率維持一個星期四次或五次,
但速度並不快,是從一百公尺都跑不到小洛基慢慢練習到四千公尺
這部份有點小驕傲,因為沒有想過自己也能跑的起來。
至於飲食方面,以前是隨機亂吃,不常吃炸物,但三餐不定食,
不愛吃水果。
後來開始上貴版之後,每天一定會吃水果,維持一天大概吃二餐加小點心。
飲料很少喝,冰品不吃,零食也很少吃。(這方面一直沒變)
運動前的體脂肪是23多。
運動二個月後的體脂下降為20_~21
體重上升三公斤。腰圍和臀圍沒有變。小腹依然存在。
運動後會喝豆漿(有時加糖,有時無糖)+一顆茶葉蛋。
想請問各位我這樣是正常的嗎?什麼時候體重可以降一下?
或者能稍圍瘦一下小腹或臀圍的?
雖然大家都說體脂不重要,但如果我家磅秤沒失誤的話,以我覺得我的體脂
好像下降的有點快,體重上升太快了,但身形沒有太大的改變。
(ps,我是女生啦,總覺得女生體脂才20是不是太低了一點?_
