有必要吃的這麼痛苦嗎
健身飲食運動應該是總生活習慣
有些人一開始很熱血
餐餐水煮雞胸肉+青菜+燕麥什麼的
再加上天天跑健身房
吃個1~2個月後的確瘦下來了
但是受了之後飲食習慣又回到老樣了
所以又肥回去了
我覺得根本沒必要餐餐吃雞胸肉什麼的
因為你沒辦法長時間保持這樣的飲食
更不要講一輩子
讓運動和飲食能變成一種習慣
才是長久之道
題外話
我覺得雞胸肉其實還蠻好吃的阿
我都用不沾鍋煎
不用調味就蠻好吃的
