測量臂圍小問題 - 健身

前陣子和人聊天聊到臂圍部分
大約聊到男生臂圍超過40公分就算是一個不錯的成績(前提當然建立在非多靠脂肪充數)
好奇量了自己沒出力為33公分出力為38公分
所以蠻好奇大家在測量臂圍或者討論臂圍是以出力還是未出力的為標準呢
畢竟數字落差實在蠻大的
