游泳強度夠嗎?體脂總是降不下來 - 健身

我游泳將近一個月了
上次說1HR2000M好像有點超估了
現在好像就1500m居多,大概游30~50min左右
不過我是每天游...
身高162 體重60 年紀24 體脂率22%~24%飄動 基代1445卡
這幾天一直量體重體脂都沒什麼改變 害我有點挫折= =
也不知道我游泳強度夠不夠...
我開始懷疑我的飲食有問題了...
早餐:吃火腿蛋吐司+厚片土司或熱狗蛋居多 偶爾配奶茶或優酪乳
午餐:有時吃有時沒有吃 抵多啃個小餅乾或熱狗蛋又或者前晚的剩菜
晚餐:一小碗飯+魚+肉類(雞肉鴨肉為主)+青菜(地瓜葉 空心菜 高麗菜為主)
+湯(魚湯 蘿蔔湯 菇類湯比較多)+水果(芭樂 蓮霧為主)
這樣基代有達到1445卡嗎? 是不是因為基代不夠所以沒有達到減脂效果?
還是我太愛吃零食了? 偶爾會吃餅乾或炸雞肉串(頻率是一個禮拜1~2次吧)
我都是每天游泳游到下午4點多 之後睡覺等晚餐...這樣也有關係嗎?

狂游蛙式會比較有用嗎?還是自由蛙式輪流游QQ
