游泳減肥該怎麼努力 - 健身

之前做夜班要離職的時候(因為年輕+薪水多才去做夜班的QQ),同事趁我離開前拼命揪宵夜所以不小心讓體重破6字頭
現在:163/61(之前163/58),24歲,女
然後現在工作是做辦公室,相對時間多就想說下班去游泳減肥目標瘦到55公斤(握拳
從去年11初開始游到現在,剛剛去量體重發現我還在61公斤.....有點難過
本身是有參加過游泳隊的所以還算蠻會游的
行程如下:
自己一個禮拜晚上游3天
70分鐘大概3000m(50米水道)(會說大概是因為2500m我就忘記數了)(自由式+蛙式)
平常三次照吃但游泳的那天是不吃晚餐的,然後游完吃點水果(香蕉或柳丁)或茶葉蛋
游完會花20~30分鐘拉筋
然後我現在是有長肌肉(腹部跟手臂有感)但我目標是減肥到55公斤阿阿阿啊,肌肉等我瘦下去再過來啦QQ
想問大家我該往哪裡努力一下,該做飲食控制嗎?游泳距離增加?還是抽空一天去健身房練跑步(公司有免費健身房)?或是游完泳再加入快走30分鐘的行程
我看很多人游兩個月體重就能掉個2公斤左右....為什麼我體重掉不下去,反而感覺我的肌肉量增加了(哭
