大家好
請問各位板大
小弟昨天游泳游到腳痠
而且是酸到靠北型的 整夜都無法睡覺
因為也持續游一個禮拜了
照理說沒理由會腳痠阿(我個人認為啦= =)
剛好昨天換游泳方式
我游的方法是捷泳4划手換一次氣 連續一小時
速度大概是50M/75S
各人有個異想天開的想法
會不會是因為這樣游 腳的氧氣量不足??
還是就純粹的體力差??
