其實怕水這件事情不用太擔心
有時候因為教練大班制教學,沒有辦法照每個學生自己的節奏引導
我也遇過很多怕水、或者對水性不熟悉的人
這種人學游泳的確比那些整天在泳池玩水的人難一些
但是只是要用對方法,還是有辦法克服這種問題
像遇到這種人,我都建議他們從韻律呼吸50次、100次開始
可以讓他們充分的熟悉水性跟克服恐懼
建議很多怕水、跟不熟悉水性的人可以多去泳池做這個運動
節奏快一點也是個有氧
至於動作怎麼作,很簡單
首先找個站起來吸的到氣,然後深度又足夠讓自己蹲下去能全浸在水裡的地方
然後開始做這個動作
1.站起來(或者說躍起來)用嘴巴吸一口氣
2.蹲(沉)進水裡打開眼睛用鼻子把氣吐光
反覆的作1→2→1→2的循環
每做完一組1、2就是一次韻律呼吸
每天去泳池練習這個動作50次、100次甚至當做有氧運動作也可以
接著就可以多點變化,例如說吸小口吐小口,加快自己的節奏
這樣就可以變成類似有氧運動的感覺
更熟練以後,還可以試著找更深的地方來做
讓自己用熟悉的動作克服對水深的恐懼。
我相信反覆做這些練習,沒多久就不會怕水或者對水感到恐懼了。
