游泳踩地問題 - 健身

最近太熱 所以沒騎單車 改去游泳池
看了版上討論 說一次要游90分鐘以上 因為我不會轉身 所以游完會踩地
然後繼續游 (有時會喘口氣)不過我朋友說這樣會打亂呼吸節奏 所以沒辦法達到
有氧之功效 建議我不落地游 不需要游那麼久以上
請問版上諸位 是否真的是這樣 還是說只要游90分鐘以上 其實就有達到有氧功效
