游泳隔天全身很軟? - 健身

原po算是最近才在游泳,之前是慢跑一族(1星期3次)
現在為了保養膝蓋,改成1星期跑兩天,一天游泳
只是現在有一個問題就是
游泳完隔天身體會呈現疲軟狀態,就是感覺全身的肌肉沒力沒力的...囧
大概至少持續半天,有時甚至是全天,視前一天游泳距離而定
我想應該是太少游了,所以肌肉恢復的很慢(自己推測)
有比較好的方法能快一點恢復嗎?
因為感覺一游完之後全身酸軟,恢復期又太長,後面的生活規劃會被打亂

ps.其實我還蠻想多游一點的,但是就是因為恢復期的關係,不敢多游...哭哭
