游泳飲食體態 - 健身

問題:
我不定時會游泳,每次至少1000m 30~40分鐘 蛙式自由式混游(蛙式居多),因為想消
小腹,所以最近開始規劃運動,打算每個禮拜至少游泳三次(一三五),偶而去跑步
我早餐通常蛋餅or御飯糰再配一個茶葉蛋,午餐晚餐就是便當(三菜一肉),我最近都只吃雞肉,很少吃肥肉,我沒有特別要練肌肉,看運動能練什麼就練什麼,就是希望體態能好看一點,沒有特別要減體重,純粹消脂,如果我有游泳,我下午4或5點去游,游完大概晚上5~6點,游泳前後要怎麼吃比較好呢?游泳前吃香蕉或巧克力OK嗎?
游泳後呢?
A.中午便當(三菜)--->游泳--->晚餐便當(三菜一雞肉)
B.中午便當(三菜一雞肉)--->游泳--->晚餐便當(三菜)
C.中午便當(三菜一雞肉)吃飽一點--->游泳--->微糖豆漿+茶葉蛋
請問哪個比較好呢?或是可以怎麼規劃有其他建議嗎?常常被搞混還是看個人?
游完是要休息一小時吃還是游完30分鐘內吃比較好呢?
主要是運動完不知道晚餐怎麼吃比較好。
