先前在板上有看過幾篇文章關於走路姿勢的問題
但似乎和我的狀況不太符合
因此想發文提問
其實我本身沒有明顯自覺自己走路姿勢的問題
是身邊的人(同學、老師、家人等等)告訴我平常走路的時候會左搖右晃
甚至後來我同學特意錄下我走路時的背影的影片
我才發現我走路的時候會很像陀螺
以腳為支點,上半身左右晃
由於今天剛好慢跑完去實驗室遇到老師
老師提醒我如果持續這樣的壞習慣可能會對身體帶來負擔
所以才想從現在開始解決這個問題
我主要的狀況有以下幾個現象:
1. 如上所述,身體會像陀螺一樣以腳為支點上半身左右晃
2. 我的腳是扁平足,此外我的鞋子外側通常都有磨損,應該有足外翻的狀況
3. 一個在這之前我有注意到的壞習慣是我走路會內八,但是除非我眼睛一直盯著腳不然很容易又會內八回去
不知道關於以上這些問題,該用什麼方式改善?
