滑輪(cable)下拉練三頭的高度疑問 - 健身

重訓新手的弱弱提問,
目前我都用rope下拉練三頭,在固定的健身房訓練時,
巡場教練有教我正確動作和高度,
所以我就習慣把滑輪固定頭大概定在我的額頭到頭頂左右。
不過前陣子去台北玩時,找了間有名的健身房單次入場練一下,
巡場教練就過來幫我糾正了滑輪固定頭的位置,
他說不用放那麼低,就把固定頭卡到器材最頂部的位置了。
因為我做訓練時很討厭突然被中斷或攀談,加上最後一組了想趕快離開,
所以就不以為意做一做也沒多跟巡場討論。
之後回來固定健身房後,我才又想起這件事,
想上來問問各位專業的鄉民們能否解惑一下,關於滑輪固定頭的高度,
是不是有個標準的固定位置或是不同高度有什麼差別嗎?
