滑輪下拉感受度與下背 - 健身

請問有沒有其他的簡單動作,排在滑輪下拉前面,可以啟動闊背肌增加感受度呢?
因為我從輕重量到中等重量都沒有甚麼感受度,即使是慢速(大重量更不知道是用什麼地
方出力,拉單槓時也是)
過程中我已經盡量不要讓下背代償出力,可是完成滑輪下拉後,做身體上半身旋轉時,整
個脊椎都是咯咯咯的聲音,聽健身房的人說是下背代償(?)僵硬的後果(?)是不正常的(
?)請問該如何改善呢?(ToT)
