想請問一下滑輪飛鳥的起始位置跟差異
根據之前爬文的結果
平胸--起始點雙手跟胸一樣高.動作時雙手往胸前閉合

下胸--起始點高於肩膀.動作時雙手由上往下閉合

上胸--起始點低於腰.動作時雙手由下往上閉合

這應該是正確的吧(搔頭
還是有錯誤的地方

之前我查到的資訊就跟平板飛鳥一樣
雙手微彎 靠胸部的力量閉和雙手
