滾輪&有氧運動 - 健身

請問如果可以一直做滾輪做不停做30分,
這樣能算是有氧運動嗎?
因為最近一直下雨加上昨天膝蓋有點痠痛
想說看有沒有甚麼在家可以不用動到膝蓋做的有氧運動
跪姿滾輪大約一下六秒左右,
做到50下,心跳數大約在95上下,
做到100下約十分鐘,心跳數就來到130上下,
做到150下後,心跳數大約在140上下
最後總共做了210下,最高心跳數148下,總共耗時22分左右
這樣應該算是有氧運動吧??
副作用是現在打字手還有點抖,腹部倒是只有小小痠痛而已...
目前站姿滾輪最多一次20下左右...
