買了一支單輪的滾輪在家裡面用
跪姿可以滿多下的,站姿目前是馬上仆街
想請問板友滾輪練得到胸部的肌肉嗎?我知道腹部是當然可以的
因為最近健身房業務拉的很凶,
我想知道是不是自己用滾輪就練的起來整個上半身,就不需要再花錢去健身房
