漢堡的選擇... - 健身

最近喜歡上吃漢堡 不過因為小弟正在減重的關係
所以當然想選擇營養價值/營養密度高的食物
也就是希望能在限制的總攝取熱量中(例如每天固定吃2000大卡) 獲取較多的營養
想請問大家一下 以下三者漢堡該選哪一種呢
1.麥香雞堡
2.勁辣雞腿堡
3.鮪魚漢堡
對小弟來說 1.麥香雞堡是最便宜的
而且感覺1會比2好 感覺雞腿油脂較多
雖然不太知道一般麥香雞堡中間的夾的那塊雞肉片是怎麼做的
(應該不會像雞塊那樣是用雞的雜碎部分作的吧)
至少不是油炸食品吧?
至於鮪魚漢堡 小弟也不太清楚中間夾的"鮪魚"是怎麼製作的
是不是像香腸或火腿一樣 也經過加工呢? (高度加工食品好像吃太多不好)
不過單純比熱量的話 好像是鮪魚漢堡<麥香雞堡<勁辣雞腿堡
只是不知道從營養價值/營養密度的觀點來看的話 排名是怎樣?
該選擇哪個比較好
