版主講的並沒錯,但這是建構在只有某餐沒吃足夠澱粉的情況下。
以長期每天攝取50克碳水以下並非是如此。
血糖下降,升糖素會分泌,身體開始刺激肝臟進行葡萄糖新生,並刺激脂肪beta-oxidation。
當大量草醯乙酸被拿去做葡萄糖新生原料,就無足夠量去參與脂肪beta-oxidation產生物乙醯輔酶A接下來的代謝,以致乙醯輔酶A堆積。
大量乙醯輔酶A雖有抑制脂肪氧化效果,但是當乙醯輔酶A生成酮體時,此抑制效果就被移除。
而且葡萄糖新生是耗能,而非產生能量,所以身體能量赤字更大。
此時乙醯輔酶A生成酮體的需求反而上升。
此時在不攝取碳水下、肝臟不斷進行葡萄糖新生以供應「紅血球」、「視網膜」、「大腦」所需的葡萄糖。而身體其他部位的能量改以酮體供應。
只要不重新攝取大量碳水這樣的循環模式就會成爲常態,這時身體就會完全改以「脂肪酸-酮體」當主要能量,全天燃燒脂肪。
