想要開始控制飲食
但陷入了困惑
預設了兩種,不知道哪一種效果比較好
1.三餐都澱粉但熱量略低:
都是只有吃半顆手捏飯糰或是一顆御飯糰
御飯糰熱量一顆約200卡
2.無澱粉但熱量略高:
只有早餐會吃到一點澱粉(土司),午晚餐都只吃菜不吃飯
但菜的總合熱量會比上述略高點(一餐約300多卡)
哪一種比較效果會比較好呢?
