從和各位的討論中
小弟現在比較清楚了
所以在有氧前補充少許水果類或多醣類(燕麥)應該是沒問題
或許在運動中也可以吃ㄧ點
但現在我應該會修改PROGRAM在有氧一小時前加30分鐘的重訓
重訓是不使肌肉流失的好方法
另外還有個問題請教lss
您說在有氧進行時補充高GI液體食物
這樣不會造成insulin spike
導致燃脂困難嗎
